The Home School Music Association, Inc., is governed by a Board of Directors, which is elected by the Board at its Annual Meeting. The Board is comprised of three types of members: Executive Committee (corporate officers), Department Heads (automatically appointed by position), and Parent Representatives.
The Board Members are as follows:

Vice President for Member Relations: Paul Clark
Secretary: Michelle Rivet
Treasurer: Roger Annis
Communication/Coordination Director: Roxann Wilkinson
Department Heads (conductor of the most advanced group in each program):
Band: Jim Butler
Choir: Dusti Dugan
Orchestra: Jennie Visscher
Parent Representatives (one per program):
Band: Marilyn Frazee
Choir: Heather Miller
Orchestra: Scott Smith
